Better build than a PlayStation 4?

I'm pretty new to PC gaming and recently slapped together a (what I think) modest gaming PC. Here's what I got in it so far:

Intel Core i7-4770S at 3.10GHz
12 GB of RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 Ti
750W PSU
Windows 8.1 64-bit operating system

Is that better than my PS4?

yes, but why 12gb of ram? Are you going to have two sticks of 4gb and two of 2gb to maintain dual channel? I would suggest you just grab two 8gb sticks.

OMG this is like 10x better than the ps4 and down't hear to that guy 12 GB is sufficient for the next 4-5 yrs.

Like I said, pretty new to PC gaming so I have nooooo idea what maintaining a dual channel even means . I was just being cheap when I was building this current rig and was actually only ordering an 8GB stick but there was a sale that came with a free 4GB stick as well so I thought why not .

Really!!! Think I'll be able to run the new Batman: Arkham Knight on it? I know not much is known about it besides that it somehow STILL runs on Unreal Engine 3. My rig can run Arkham City with everything maxed including high PhysX with a steady 56-58 FPS at 1080p.

You'll be able to play batman arkham Knight on max settings at stable FPS, because the gtx 780 ti is the best single GPU in the market right now and will play every game ultra @ 1080p for around 4-5 yrs
