Hello, I need better overall cooling for my PC. Specs are:
MOTHERBOARD: Asus M2A-VM-HDMI
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 945 95w
GPU: NVidia GeForce GTX 650ti 1GB
PSU: BFGR550WGXPSU
Case: Cooler Master RC-541-SKR1

It's running hot often and I was wondering if I could add some cooling? I know the computers old but I won't be able to build a new one for another 6+ months and am hoping any additional cooling can be added, any assistance is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The centurion 541 is an old case. http://www.coolermaster-usa.com/product.php?product_id=2723

You could add fans to it wherever you can fit them. Or get a better case. One that you could also use for your next build.

You could add a custom cooler to your cpu eg coolermaster hyper 212 evo

You should blow out your case - especially filters, fans and coolers.

You should increase your fan rpms.

Solution
It looks like it has fan mounts for one 120mm in the front and two 80mm fans in the back. A good quality, high volume fan like one of these:

and two 80mm fans like these:

would probably do your case temps wonders. Or are you talking about fans in addition to ones you've already got installed? It they were stock fans, I'd try replacing them with good quality ones first and see what your temps do. If that's not enough, then you can look at additional options, although you're going to be very limited in that department.
