[SOLVED] Better CPU for my Gigabyte H110M

Hi I currently use an i3 7100 and an asus gtx 1060 6gb dual. I have a gigabyte H110M motherboard and want to upgrade only my cpu to get better gaming performance. Any good cpus which wont burn a hole in my pocket or need a new motherboard and will get better performance?

used 6th or 7th gen I5 will be a nice upgrade.

Cannot say for certain without knowing the exact motherboard model, but you should be able to install any 6th or 7th generation Intel processor. Which one is going to depend on your budget. Personally, I wouldn't bother until you can afford a new core system.
