Better desktop pc exhaust fan

Hi

I have a Bit Fenix Comrade Mid Tower case with its standard fan which is pretty noisy:

Can anyone suggest which size fan I will need and a fan I can get which is long lasting and super quiet but not to pricey.

I use Sharkoon Silent Eagles for my 120mm fans and Corsair AF140 Quiets for my 140mm fans. My PC is on my desk in my living room, so noise needs to be kept to a minimum.

I'm looking for a replacement that is made for airflow not for pushing air as they are the two types of fans you can get.

Any input on this?
