Better fan or not

Hey Guys

This is my very first build so i am unsure. I ordered an asus board with a Q6600 cpu.
If i do not overclock. Are the fan and heat sink that came with the cpu ok? Or should i get a better set-up right away?

If you have no intentions of overclocking, then the stock fan and cooler should be fine. It could even handle a small overclock if you choose to do so.

The stock fan will do fine, but I'd recommend upgrading to one of acrtic coolings stock replacement heatsinks - for a fraction of the cost of a big burther HS, you get much improved idle temps aswell as a bit of leeway for small overclocks.
