I am planning to upgrade my pc for the best gaming experience.
My current pc specs
Intel core i3 2120 3.30 ghz processor
4 gb ddr3 Ram
500 gb hdd
180W smps
(No graphics card)
I have a branded pc of lenovo.I have h330 7780 1 JU.Go to the link for more information.

So what are the components that i should change and add to my pc to make it efficient for gaming. Also provide me the extra money which i have to spend for adding or changing the components. I want to run all the latest games in high settings. In case of gpu Rs 12000 is my maximum budget.I am also ready to change my processor or motherboard if required.

Well, your pc is a small form factor.

here is the spec sheet.

There are 2 upgrades that I see right off the bat.
First,
Upgrading to 8gb of system ram is a good upgrade. Your computer only has two slots for ram, which are full so you would have to buy 2 x 4gb dual channel ddr3 kit.
Second, adding a video card would be a the #1 thing you could do for gaming. However, you have to upgrade your power supply first. Since your case is small you need to figure out a smaller power supply that will fit. (I don't see what size specified in the spec sheet)

Your case only supports
Slot 1: half-length, Low Profile, PCI Express x16 Ver 2.0**
This will limit your options.

** Do not buy a video card without upgrading your power supply. **

What do you mean by "Slot 1: half-length, Low Profile, PCI Express x16 Ver 2.0**"?what limitiations will it cause? Also if there is a problem with cabinet , i can buy a new one.

A low profile slot will only allow for a low profile graphics card, which does significantly limit your upgrade options, as most low profile GPUs are not particularly good for gaming, as they are typically low powered multimedia cards, or at best an entry level gaming GPU. If you are looking to play graphically demanding games, it would probably be best to get a new case, something that will allow for full sized power supplies and graphics cards.

So i need to purchase a cabinet, psu and add extra 4 gb RAM.Another question,Will the PCie 16x,motherboard or processor be a problem?i am planning to install a gpu near Rs 12000.

12000? Rupees? Which google tells me is 189$ USD .

Like i said before I wouldn't worry about the motherboard/processor yet.

If you can spend a bit more, I would recommend r9 280 for around that price
The nvidia 750 Ti is a lower power entry level gaming card that you could probably find to fit your current case.

I would aim for,
8 Gigs of ram (You need to buy 8 gigs, you can't add anymore to that system)
New case
600-650Watt PSU
radeon r9 280
SSD (Solid state drive)

Edit: This article is a good reference. Even though the prices are wrong for you, on the last page it has a good chart for comparison.
