Hello, I am looking to acquire a new gaming computer in the upcoming months and have narrowed it down to two options. My budget goal is to stay less than $1400 (also that I have the option to finance, hence why I am not building my own). I am looking to play MMOs (I do pvp and enjoy quality graphics) and games like Dishonored and Bioshock Infinite. I also do graphic design work and video editing. The two options that seem good are:

Dell XPS X700

HP ENVY Phoenix 800-060

To note, my primary focus in the hardware is a good graphics card, cpu and ideally an ssd as a secondary drive.

Thank you so much for your input, I appreciate it.

personally i consider both dell and hp (and generally all normal prebuilds) to be a bad idea.

prebuilds are well known for having small power supplies (so they dont support upgrades too well) and proprietary hardware such as motherboards. the cases also tend to be hotboxes.

why dont you buy from ncix.ca? no financing options but thats not a big deal. you get better parts (and you know exactly whats going into it) and if you really need financing just sign up for a credit card that has 0% apr for the first year. you can then treat that like free financing.
