Better HD Video Performance, no?

I just ordered a new system, i5 12 GB RAM, and what I presume is Intel HD graphics (not sure of the number). It's a Dell Inspiron 3847. It's replacing a Dell Optiplex 745, Core 2 Duo, 4 GB RAM with ATI X1300 video. I don't game whatsoever, but do watch Netflix and other HD video from the web, downloaded and streamed. Am I assuming correctly that my HD video will look much better with the new rig? If so, how much? Hoping to have sharper, higher res video.

please comment your gpu Name.To know what gpu you are using i recommend you to download http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html or Gpu-z ....Most probability your resolution is depend upon your graphics card!!!

I think it's Intel HD4400 or Intel HD4600.

i think your Max Resolution (WxH) Should be nearly 2560x1600
