Better HDD Size

Im upgrading my WHS and wondering what would be a better decision, Adding two 3tb hdd, or Adding three 2tb hdd. Also any thoughts on mirroring.

Ugh, mirror == backup, RAID == speed; IMO, get whatever drives are the fastest / cheapest... Meaning, the highest cache numbers + RPMs. =)
