Hi, I'm configuring a PREBUILT build off of overclockers and was wondering which build i have configured is better overall, gaming average browsing etc

The Ryzen system would be the faster gaming system due to the faster GPU. The minor difference in speed between the Ryzen CPU and Intel i5 in low thread workloads is a non issue due to the GPU's selected. If the i5 system had the same GPU it might be a bit faster at gaming but the 1050ti is much slower than a 1060.
