Hey guys just built my new pc ( old with some upgrades) and all is set one thing i need help with is to find out which fans are the best ones from the two given below :

Choice 1 : Cooler master MF 120 Halo white editions (3 PACK)

Choice 2 : Artic A-RGB P12-PWM PST fans (3 PACK)

i plan to get 6 fans in total so need some help in finding out which ones are better noise wise, color brightness wise, and high air flow wise, I like both but im just so confused.

your case is a big factor in determining what fans you should be looking at.
and what temperatures your CPU and any GPU currently hit during heavy use.
also what CPU cooler are you using?

Rx 580 water cooler so far with asus rog strix lc 240

ryzen 7 1700 running stock with stock cooler

both max out at 70ish Celsius
