[SOLVED] Better quality or better performance commented for PC

I’m going to build a PC this Christmas and I have two builds in mind; a pc with better a cpu cooler and a better psu (fully modular) or a PC with a worse gpu, stock cpu cooler (2700x) and a non modular psu. The CPU on both builds are the same and the rating and wattage of the psu are also the same
