[SOLVED] Better than this custom pc ?

Hello everyone so I am building this pc and I just want to be sure of everything will it run every game on max settings with higher than 60 FPS and if there is anything better than that please give me ideas because I still haven't built the pc and I do not care about the value just the performance thank you.

Actually, can you get the 9900ks? Its slightly faster stock

I'm sure if he's spending this much money on these parts he's gonna oc them and with a liquid cooler he should be able to get a fairly decent cpu oc. stock values start to mean less once he pushes the power and speed up. The i9 9900k with a rtx 2080ti or rtx titan would be a pretty insane rig no matter how you look at it.

The only thing that I can see that I would add is another monitor just to make multitasking easier. Other than that I think what you have picked will be a monster of a pc

The Core I9 9900ks is a factory overclocked 9900k

Why does intel have to do this naming ugg.
