better to go for a x38 and a g35 or a p35 and xg33

hey guyz....i wanted to know is it better to go for p35 or a g33 chipset for the price or x38 and g35 will be of same price like the p35 and g35. and one more question will the g35 also contain two pcie slots. and some one told me about a x38 mobo price that it will be near to 25$. (is it true??) thankz
