Hello guys I am very concerned in between 2 different laptops,
I am a PC gamer but less than I used to be so I don't play intensive and I am not waiting the last release of games impatiently. I mostly play oxygen not included, hellblade, star wars the force unleashed. Mount and Blade , medieval dynasty...
So here is the thing
I have 2 choices

12700h, rtx 3060 (laptop), 16 GB ddr5, 1tb ssd
150$ more

Or
12650 h, rtx 4060 (laptop), 16 GB ddr4, 516mb SSD

I also got the Tuff that just joined the race
ASUS TUF Gaming A15 (2023) Gaming Laptop, 15.6” FHD 144Hz, 100% sRGB Display, GeForce RTX 4050, AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS, 16GB DDR5, 512GB PCIe SSD, Wi-Fi 6, Windows 11, FA507XU-AS91-CA https://a.co/d/04ziJmN

I currently have a gtx 1660ti on my laptop
Ryzen 7 4800h , SSD 516, 16 GB ddr4

Thanks for your help guys

Right off the bat, I would skip laptops entirely unless you are 100% certain you will be taking it with you places. I know many people who have purchased gaming laptops in the past, but never took it with them anywhere. In those cases, they would have gotten more performance for less money had they gone with a traditional desktop.

With all that said, based on immediate first impressions, I can tell you the MSI laptop with the 4060 Mobile will outperform the other two contenders. The other machines have more powerful CPU's, but the video card will always be the biggest indicator of performance. Any extra CPU grunt those other machines have will be beaten by the MSI's superior GPU. Not to mention it is cheaper than both of the other machines as well. The Acer Predator has a larger SSD, but you can quite easily upgrade the storage on it later, so for me personally that isn't much of a drawback. The higher refresh rate also doesn't really matter, because I can guarantee you the average consumer cannot distinguish between 165Hz and 144Hz. If it was my money, I'm going with the MSI machine. The tradeoffs the other laptops made for more storage or better CPU are just not worth it.
