Between IE and CHROME and also FIREFOX

Hi guys. I would like your opinion regarding these web base application, i'm usually using chrome or firefox to surf the internet but rarely using Ie for it, BUT for streaming video online example youtube i can say it is much better using IE and i'm not sure why is that?... if using chrome or firefox i have to click reload a few times then the streaming will be smooth while using ie no need to click refresh button many times, am i missing some plug in or codec? i have installed the latest JAVA version and also flash player and i'm using 4 MB connection. can someone explain to me regarding this matter?

Clear your internet cache for those browsers, then restart them and see if that helps. I don't have to click refresh in FF or chrome to watch youtube.
