Question Between these GPUs which would be the best for 1080p 144fps

So my current build is fairly old now and I'm thinking of making a new build but I'm not sure which GPU to buy and what CPU to pair it with. I want to get at least 144fps at 1080p on competitive titles like R6 Siege. Should i go for the 2060 super / 2070 / 5700. Or should I go for a different GPU altogether. Which ever GPU you say is better please specify which CPU it would pair well with. Also keep in mind I'm trying to get a good value CPU not the best CPU.

Leaving PSU's wattages aside(on your system) and your wallet's ability, I'd say RTX 2060 Super.

Ram: G.Skill 2x8gb 1600MHz
SSD/HDD: WD Blue 500gb + Samsung 860 EVO
GPU: Zotac 1050ti
PSU: Cooler Master MWE450 230V
Chassis: I have no idea what this case is
