Question Between these PSU, which one is better for my PC?

2. be quiet! SYSTEM POWER U9 600W - 80+ Bronze Certified - 3 Years
3. Antec ATOM B550 - 80+ Bronze Certified - Flat Cable - 3 Years Warranty

Of course I'm open for suggestion
I'm possibly having a trouble with my PSU lately, so I need suggestion for a new PSU for my PC ($50 to $70 or around 600k IDR to 1m IDR)

My current spec
Ryzen 5 5600 (upgraded from Ryzen 3 2200G)
Asrock AB350 Pro 4
DDR4 8x2 GB 3600 mHz
Sapphire Rx 580 4 GB

Since my old PSU probably busted because my pc can't handle to play any game within 10 minute (DOTA, Cities Skyline, Valorant, or anything), I need quick suggestion

I could buy it in two months if it's around $100
Is there cheaper alternative in $70 or should I save the money to buy that?

Might want to simply state what your budget is in your country's currency I wouldn't want to skimp out on the PSU, as it's considering to be the heart of your system. In fact if you invest in a reliably built unit, it'll last you a good long while.
