Between these two rams, are there any real difference?

They are like $4 dollars apart and if the difference is big enough, I think I may just buy the one that's $4 more. What do you guys think?

I actually already bought x2 set of the first link but still have time to cancel it if it's worth the cancel and raise $8.

The more expensive one is clocked at 2400mhz as opposed to 2133, it will run faster as long as your motherboard can support it.

Is it worth it though? Like as in noticeably faster for 8$

In games, generally, it translates to 0.5 fps difference, at best.

If I understand it correctly, it doesn't matter in video editing and graphics stuff since it is a sequential read as opposed to random, like in games. So no performance improvement?

For 8 dollars no, i would make the choice depending on which color you like most
