between this two hdd which one is better ?

i found these two good but if you have a better one and around these prices please tell me

SEAGATE BARRACUDA 1TB 7200RPM 3.5'' for 39€/44$
and a Western Digital - Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM for 42€/44$
by the prices which one is better?

Stay away from Seagate, ESPECIALLY their Barracuda drives. I've had several Seagate drive variants die on me and only one WD in 20 years of PC building/upgrading and laptop upgrading (and Playstation 3/4 drive upgrading). Same with the experience of several of my friends. Seagate's quality has gone down hill over the years.
