Beyerdynamic MMX300 vs Sennheiser GAME ZERO?

What is the difference between the two of these headphones? Which ones would you guys say is best for competitive gaming?

I thought I smelt a thread of familiar nature. I can't merge thread's for this particular case. I would however like to state that competitive gaming scenes aren't full of 250+USD headsets instead they are flooded with ~100USD headsets. I would like to ask though, what sort of arena's are we talking about? Gaming at home or out and about?
