BF 3 Bug

Hey guys recently i played gain bf3 and i face a problem that i cant solve it so
When i play multiplayer after 10-20 minute the sound freeze the replays the last sound and sounds like a GRGRGRGRGRG and the picture freezes too and i can only press the small reset button on my case i searched for any kind of solves but nothing worked all my ram gpu and cpu supports the game normal temps cpu about 60 decrees and gpu about the same and i play the game at 50-60 fps but that happens only in multiplayer i repeat only in multiplayer i played singleplayer for about 3 hours in a row and it didn't froze it also happens with CoD 4 or CoD MW pls help me
P.S i have the latest drivers too

CPU: Intel core Quad Q9450
GPU:Nvidia Geforce 8800GT
Ram:i dont remember what ram i have all i know is that it's 4GB clocked at 1066Mhz
Mobo:Asus P5K SE
PSU:Therlmatake litepower 700w
All are about 6 years old exept the PSu which is 1 year old
I want to say again that it happens only in multiplaer and on COD 4 too it might be an update or something i dont thing is my computer cause i can play Black Ops 2 which has almost the same requirements with BF3

I ran into a similar (if not the same) issue (different game) a while back. While there are a number of possibilities, replacing the power supply is what solved this issue for me. I had just upgraded my system to an EVGA 7800GS and started freezing, just as you describe, and only in games. I replaced the power supply (Coolermaster 500) with a spare Antec 450 and the problem disappeared.

i dont know the last psu didn't have those problems and is true that after i changed my psu(the previous burnt)this bug appeared anyway in about 2 months i probably gonna buy a new pc and i will put a corsair TX750M psu on that and i hope this bug wont appear again but i cant stand 2 months without any fps games,i have the black ops 2 but i kinda bored it anyway ty for your help if someone knows something about it he can tell me how to stop these freezes
