BF 3 keeps kicking because of high ping

so i keep getting kicked it says my ping which it has said is 200 and above many times but then i run a speed test and it says my ping is 10 ms... what is going on?

Ping will be different for every server you connect to

Play on a server which is from your own country or near to the place you live. Then you won't be kicked.
If you still get kicked on nearby servers then maybe your pc or internet connection is slow, but I doubt that. So try playing on the servers nearby the place you live,
