BF1 low gpu usage/fps

My 1070 is always at 50%-60% hardly goes above, my CPU is at 100% but I don't think its a bottleneck as people on youtube with the same specs as mine and has 80%-90% gpu usage.I am thinking my ram is the problem it's the only thing that got a 40% on userbenchmark everything else got 80%+

PC specs:
GTX 1070
i5 7600k
16GB ram 2133mhz (single channel)

Some guy with about the same specs and gets 100% CPU and 80-90% GPU

What about ingame settings, are they the same?

I am using Ultra settings he didn't say what settings in his video but i'd assume ultra by the way everything looks, and I have a 180hz gsync monitor

Is your cpu at stock? The one in the video is at 4.7ghz. That will make a huge difference.

Edit: single channel ram might account for a couple % difference in framerate.

Yea my CPU is at stock but heres one with i5 6600k stock he still gets like 70-80% usage https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DJ6vQFRE-0U&t=821s
