BF3 1.09 update failing PS3

I just got BF3 and after playing the campaign I wanted to play MP. But I had to download a 2 GB patch and at around 80% I got an error and it failed I tried multiple times and got the same error. Please help. I've also tried using my PC as a proxy server but I only got till 90% and it failed again. I'm on a wireless connection @ 2.2 mbps.
