BF3 best settings for my system

Hey guys just found this site while doing a google search and though ti would ask,

just picked up battlefield 3 but wanted to know if anyone can give me any help on settings the video settings up,

im running radeon hd6950 4gb crosair ram and a core 2 duo "cough cough" lol
i know its bottlenecking my system but..
its the only thing ive not upgraded yet as my funds are low

its playable on it but wanted to try and get the most from what ive got untill i can raise the funds to replace it.

sure some of you guys can point me in the right direction,
never been a hardcore pc gamer more ps3 man 😉
but ive now seen the light lol

At what resolution are you playing?

sorry didnt see ya reply, im running it at 1920x1200 60hz

turn effects quality to medium or low,keep the rest to high.AA - 2x msaa and AA deferred to low,motion blur - off,Ambient occlusion - HBAO.
Try these above settings and give a reply on how things turned out.
