Bf3 . Crashes on launch

Hi guys.

I downloaded bf3 and installed it in an empty partition.

Bf3.exe app crash ?

Installed latest drivers video and audio.

What can i do ?

Pc is :

Windows 7 32 bit
G620
8gb 1600 2gb usable
750Gb
Gtx 560 Ti 900Mhz / 2100Mhz
750W Corsair Tx V1

What is hapening ?

I cant handle bf3 ?

Y i did through it .

I had to buy it -.-

The very first time it opened and it did autoupdate .

After it finished it crashed

I don't like AVG at the best of times, and I have heard it can also give an appallingly bad ping in online games...
