Bf3 dilema

everytime i go into battlelog and try to connect to a multiplayer server it says:

Could not communicate with running game. Please make sure it was not launched outside of the web

You need to contact Origin, and good luck with that.

Try disabling your firewall when you play. AVG messes up my coummunication with BF3.
