bf3 reloaded failure

bf3 reloded intalled completely bt it didnt starting. ive rename the main app as deleting the 'tm' from it them my screen goes black as loading appears bt after 2-3 min it stopped. what am i supposed to do as i heard that fixes might work bt i cant find any fix which can help me. pls suggest ur openions
