BF4 FPS Drop After New GPU

Hi!
So, I've recently upgraded from a GT 630 to a GTX 750 (I also have an i5 3330 and 6GB RAM). Installation went smoothly and the 750 performs well with every game... except BF4. I have all settings at medium except textures and texture filtering which are at high even though Nvidia GeForce Experience recommends putting most settings at high. I get between 70 and 110 fps, but the framerate will randomly drop to 30 fps every so often. The game also stutters sometimes. The servers I join have very low ping (10-50ms usually), network smoothing factor is at 10% and the netcode option thing is at high. It's annoying that every other game (BF3, AC4, FSX, ETS2, etc) all run smoothly at high settings but BF4 runs bad.

Is it my computer or is it the game? Any suggestions are appreciated :)

EDIT: I also turned off MSAA and just put FXAA on high

Solution
I run similar settings with my GTX 670 but get 110 to 130 fps. My CPU is an i7 Extreme with 8 cores so it may be your CPU holding the video back. I keep FXAA as low as possible.

It also seems that BF4 can only use 50% of my CPU unless I disable hyper threading. Turning that off gets another 10 fps and CPU usage goes up to 70%. You might also turn down the blur for suppression. Also check any background apps that might chew on your network or cpu.
