BF4 FPS is so low even with a high end pc

Cpu----> i7 4790k 4.4mhz
Gpu----> EVGA GTX 970 FTW
Ram---> 2x4GB-- Ripjawx 1866mhz
MB---> MSI Z97A Gaming 7

I was able to play bf4 few days ago in ulta with 200 fps but now even when i get it to low settings i get 70 fps max. i tried it in other games such as csgo and thief and they are all fine but idk why and idk how can i fix this problem please help !

Completely uninstall GPU driver, install again and check.

Game damaged? Right click on it while it is in your game folder and click "repair game". Also if you us MSI after burner, display during the game GPU usuage, CPU usuage, etc temps, memory usage. The clue is there. Just need to find it.

well i didnt ment to pick as solution becasue i didnt even try do you know how to undo it?
Actualy it worked i guess i repaired the game and now 4x SSAA gives me up to 120 fps before it it was 30 so when i look to the cpu temp. it is 55C when im playing ram usage is up to %60 GPU usage is upto % 98 whaaat!! why is it like that can any one help?
