BF4 freezing sound loop

Everytime I load BattleField I can barley play a whole multiplayer game Usually it only lasts 3 quarters then it freezes and there is a sound loop so i need to go to task manager and close it from there.
PC Specs:
i5 3470 3.20 GHz
10 GB of RAM
Nvidia GTX 750
Windows 8.1 64bit

From bios what readings are you getting for the power supply rails - 12v, 5v & 3.3V?

where do i find that in the BIOS?

Hard to say seeing you haven't provided the model motherboard. Refer to the motherboard manual or just look through bios.
