I believe BF4 can utilize multiple cores, so you want to most efficient/best performing cores.

You could expect to run on high on the 860k + 750ti, but I would advise the i5-6500 + GTX 950 as the better option of the bunch presented.

Regardless of which build, do not run them on 300W PSUs (especially 300W PSUs "included with the case").
