could you recommend me a power supply that could withstand all that w/ 2 hdd's and maybe water cooling for overclocking eventually...

Any of those XFX units are great.

I would not do anything with water cooling if you plan to change the rig at all or upgrade, or if you have never done it before. It is NOT for beginners and will cost over $300 for a full CPU and GPU loop.

Just stick with air cooling. The Closed loop coolers like the h100i are a waste too in my opinion when you can get an air cooler that performs the same for half the money.
