bf4 horribly stuttering

every time i get into a game thje stuttering is insane in big fire fights. My drives are up to date and my specs are an fx 8320 and a r9 280x. my disk keeps on filling up to 100%, maybe thats the problem? or could it be my cpu?

The disk filling up means "Disk 100%" correct? If so check to see if it's Battlefield that's making it go to 100%. It may be something else such as Anti-Virus or Malware. Make sure you haven't installed anything fishy.

well my cpu is never hitting 100% so i guess thats not the problem right?and yes it is bf4 that is taking up the disk drive and generally 60% of my cpu if thats important

It's not your disk filling up in task manager, it is disk usage. Your available bandwidth to and from the drive is being used to 100 percent capacity. In other terms, it's using all your "speed" and none left over, that is probably causing your issue as your CPU is waiting for data from the disk most likely.

So what is your hard drive? How large is it? and when you click on COMPUTER or THIS PC and look at the status of your hard drive how much is actually full ?
