BF4 ingame graphics options

hi i play bf4 on ultra settings 2 MSAA, however on may maps my fps can drop as low as 35, which of the in game settings such as lighting effects, post processing, antialiasing deferred etc should i change from ultra in order to increase fps while keeping the game looking as spectacular as possible. *note i love msaa and despite the 15 fps boost with it disabled i cant stand the jaggies

You are not going to get a bunch of FPS for free. You will have compromise on something. Or purchase a higher end video card.
