BF4 lag under 50 fps

I can play BF4 on ultra at 40-70fps but as soon as it it dips below 50 fps then it gets really choppy.
Any Help?

Specs:
AMD FX 4130 @4.4Ghz
Palit Jetstream GTX 760 2GB
8GB Ram
Cooler Master GX650 PSU

Your processor is horrible if your motherboard can support it get an 8350 if not get a new mono and an i5

Yes and its called frame rate drop. Lag refers to internet connection not frames rendered
