That is my current system and I am thinking about a new graphic card to play bf4 @1080p and enough visuals that never wouldn't give me disadvantages on multiplayer. (If you play at bad shadow quality it destroys your brain. If you play at low "Mesh quality", you can't see people from Jet and Heli. I am talking about these kind of disadvantages.) So I'm not saying Ultra but I say I can tolerate non-existence of Antialiasing gladly for performance.
AND THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE: I have been playing Fps games since 2005 and played even competitively for some short time and I have to get at least 60 fps to be comfortable while playing. I would prefer 60fps@800*600 over 30fps@1080p. min 60 fps is a MUST
And also I am thinking about getting a new 2ms 120Hz 1080p Monitor to be able to play at 60+fps literally. Should I go for it?

What do you suggest? I don't have too much money so if possible I would like to make use of old graphic card(6850) somehow even use it with new one if possible and make slightly better performance.

the 120mhz monitor is overkill if you are shooting for 60fps, then get a 60mhz monitor and save monitor towards a better video card. You only need a 120mhz if you are trying to vsync and hit 120fps and that's going to require some serious power for BF4. The 2ms vs 5ms thing for the lower ms monitors is mostly crap unless you are hitting that 120fps. Use your normal monitor and boost up the video card to the best you can instead if you want fps. I haven't played BF4 yet, but BF3 on my 7870 can do 40fps on ultra, about 80-90 on high in 64player servers, so it should do me ok for high graphics.

Best thing, google bf4 benchmarks and look at the cards that hit your fps and settings you want and buy it.
