Hey guys, so as the title explains, I'm constantly being kicked from all BF4 servers because the game thinks that I am hacking.

Pc specs are - I5 4690k @ 4.5Ghz
Asus Matrix PLatinum 980TI
16gb RAM
bla bla bla you get the point, I can run it fine.

No idea what's causing this and EA support is useless. I've been on the BF forums and others are having this issue with a large number of them unable to resolve the issue.

I've installed and re-installed the game numerous times, along with Punk-Buster with no luck.

This has randomly started to happen. No I'm not cheating in the game and my computer is clean. I'm using a paid for AVG anti-virus license.

Cheers guys!

Can you still launch punkbuster like in the old days? Sometimes you had to manually add games to the list, particularly when you have multiple punkbuster versions. I know when BF1942 support ended we had to manually take some steps to make it recognized.

I haven't needed to look in a long time, but there was always two processes running a and b.

Hey dude,

Is that safe, I just don't really like the idea of having my anti-virus disabled.
Saying that, have you done that before and has it benefited you?

Thanks.

Hey,

Sorry, I wasn't old enough back when 1942 was out 😛 so I'm not sure if I have to manually start it and add games to a list but I think that was a step the EA help told me to do but had no effect :/

That's a shame :/

Yeah It's from the Origin store :) No pirated games or music for me :)

I'll give it a go! Hopefully it will sort this out.

I just got a my new monitor - Asus ROG swift 27" 144hz and really want to play BF4 at 2560 x 1440. Everything is sooo smooooth 😛

You have to update Punkbuster. Go to evenbalance.com to and download the pbsetup.
From there select the game (Battlefield 4) from the drop-down list and select 'Update Game'.
Restart Origin and give it another shot, let me know.

Yeah I've done all that about 5 times :/ No luck with it. I'm pretty confused as to why I'm being kicked.

Hmm, have you tried redownloading the game? I know it's more of a last resort, especially if you don't have the best internet connection, it can be annoying redownloading all those map packs and stuff.

You might want to try Origin Support, they'll do live chats and are probably more helpful then we could be. They work there so they most likely have the best information.

Use this link to contact them, depending on how busy they are it might take awhile to get someone that can help.
You can minimize the tab and wait, just make sure to listen out for the little beep when you're connected.
