Bf4 running max 15-20 fps with q8200 and 750Ti

I can't play BF4 on the lowest settings above 15-20 fps.

Current rig:
Core 2 Quad Q8200 2.33 GHZ
4GB DDR2
750Ti 2GB
1680x1050

Is the CPU the Bottleneck? or my GPU too weak?

You CPU is a bottleneck for sure, but you should be getting at least 30fps with that setup even on bigger maps

Is your cpu running hot? Have you tried to overclock it?

Check temps, even with them specs you should be able to play it fine

But I don't know why i am not getting 30 fps because I saw on youtube someone playing bf4 with q8200 and 650 on medium, and getting 45 fps minimum.

no its running max 70 degrees if i play bf4

That's too hot. Gaming it should be less than 60C for sure.

Blow out your case to get dust build up out - especially fans, coolers and filters.

If it's still to hot, re-seat your cpu cooler (Google it)

If still too hot, buy a better cp cooler.

How many frames should i get on ultra if I buy a 4770k with my current GPU ?

But if I buy 4770k, and play bf4 on ultra how many frames would I get ?
