BF4 runs laggy other games run smooth. fps counter>

hey guys. my BF4 suddenly runs laggy, my fps counter syas 30+ and my ingame experience 30- and even lower. i use battlefields ingame 'FPSDrawer'. and all my other games run like they they always did, please help!........
