BF4 Stuttering after 1-3 minutes of playing

Hello there!
I've a problem with my BF4. Whatever settings I use, game starts to stutter after a while of playing.
It's really annoying and makes the game unplayable. Every other game runs fine and smooth.

My setup:
i7 2600k
ASUS P6P67 LE rev 3.0
ASUS GTX 560 TOP II 1 GB(version with OC 925mhz/2100mhz)

Are there any solutions for that?

I remember playing Age of Empires III back in the day and had a similar issue on what was a very high end graphics card at the time. Turned off shadows, and problem was gone. Try doing that for this.

How do you turn off shadows? I can't figure it out.

Old thread but anyway:
The P8P67 LE can't handle over 1.2V VCORE for more than a few minutes when under heavy load. It starts throttling down to 33 multiplier. That's where the problem is. Use offset from bios to get the vcore under 1.2V when in turbo mode. Mine: i5-2500K@4Ghz, offset -1.5. Vcore stays in 1.184 on Prime95 blend and no throttling.
