BF4 to BF1 perfomance difference

Yeah I now, both old games but there's something that is still bugging me.
my specs are:
GTX 1060 3GB
8GB ram
FX 8300 at 3.7GHz
ga-970 ds3p mobo

and I can easily get 100 FPS on BF4 with ultra graphics and resolution scale to 125%
I know my CPU is very old and not that powerful, but it really bother me the fact that on BF1 I mostly get a very unstable FPS that vary a lot between 30-50 with everything set to low.
Is this a performance that I should expect with that build? besides OC, can I do something to increase the performance?

yeah looks normal to me the only way to get a bit more is overclocking it I would use evga overclocking tool for a little on the GPU should improve performance do not go to mad on it and you should be good
