BF4 - Will it play?

My buddy was given a computer to him and I am wondering if he will be able to play BF4 on it.

He has a Q6700 I believe, @ 2.66 Ghz
At least 4gb of ram
GTX 730 (Please keep reading I know this this card skips leg day)

The thing is he plays on an old desktop 1024x768 screen that might only be 30hz.

Do you think he would get 25fps or more on low settings?
I could OC the the CPU to 3.0 stable, or/and swap his card for a ATI HIS 4670 Turbo.
One last question. I know this is not done very much anymore, but I have read about people doing it in the past. Could he use the 4670 for rendering and use the 730 as a PhyX card?

yeah he'll be able to play at low settings. he shoud upgrade atleast the psu and gpu

You will be able to play it at medium settings . Gt730 is a fine card.
See for yourself by googling videos ssection "gt 730 bf4" .The processor might be a bottleneck since bf4 is a little CPU intensive but still a c2quad should suffice well .

the cpu is a bottleneck for sure i have a q9300 and a r7 250( i'm upgradeing in october ) and it can bearly reach 30 fps

And no you cant use 2 cards like this that too from ati and nvidia, neither it will be any beneficial for a game which does not use phsyX.

You should be able to play the game at low - med settings.
