I just bought BFBC2 and i loaded it onto my computer. I then went to play the game and it loads something and then a box pops up that says it could not get online and i can not even get to the main menu. it just says try later and make sure i can get online. i can obviously get on the internet, i even have tabs up when i try to run it. I actually do not even want to play online anyway cause my internet is not the highest speed. HELP!! i really want to play i have enjoyed the other games of the series.

its prob. trying to go online to confirm the games serial code, part of its DRM.
make sure that the game is not blocked by Windows Firewall, which can be found in the control panel.

So i went into my control panel and then into the firewall and it already had the game checked to be able to go through the firewall. Should i just turn it off or is there something else that might be the problem?

i got nothing...
try typing the exact phrase that appears when you start the game into google and see if anyone else has had this issue

Load your stats first then start the online game
