BFE not working

I tried all the fixes i saw online and everything failed.

You should try a restore point, sfc /scannow, and or repair install. Do which ever you want to try in any order you wish.

Restore:
Log on to Windows as Admin.
Click Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and click System Restore.
Welcome to System Restore page, click Restore my computer to an earlier time, and click Next.

SFC /Scannow:
Go to Start, All Programs, Accessories, and right click cmd(run as admin).
in prompt type in "SFC.EXE /SCANNOW" without the quotes.

Repair install:
Insert your Windows XP disc.
Reboot the computer and enter BIOS.
Change boot order.
Start installation.
Navigate to Repair Installation option.
Select your Windows.
Start the repair.
