I just bought 2 of these monsters. I love it. It's superfast. However, the other one failed. So I rma-ed it. but it's not instock anymore. In fact in most websites, it said it's being discontinuted. I checked the BFG website. I don't see this anymore. It's not even in the legacy list.

Does anybody know why this is being discontinued? This seems a lot better than the one BFG is currently selling.

Thanks.

I believe so, i mean theres nothing stopping it... same drivers, GPU everything else basically as well, so no reason it should not work, as long as you have a SLI bridge and a strong enough PSU youll be fine

EDIT:
Quick google search told me, that from the 80 series drivers, nvidia now supports cross-branded SLI setups. If one is OCed, both will run at the lower settings (much like raid 0 if different drive capicity) so recommended if you are OCing, to OC both cards to same speeds

yUP the one in newegg is exactly the one i have. the prob is it is out of stock. It may eventually be discontinued too.

Ok So for as long as it is gtx 295 regardless of who manufactured it, may it be evga, xfx, pny or bfg, i wont have any problem configuring them in SLI mode? really?

Thanks.
