There is ONE dialogue choice in which Jaheira will forgive you for
shagging Phaere. I believe it depends on your Reputation value, or
possibly there is a second conversation line in which Jaheira will
forgive you that depends on your Reputation.

If you were romancing Aerie, she would never forgive you no matter what
you said (there is always a way to avoid sleeping with Phaere, just
claim you belong to another and refuse to say who it is)...

....while if you were romancing Viconia, she wouldn't actually
particularly care, beyond a mild amusement and wondering whether you got
off with Phaere because it was the "price" you had to pay for being used
in this way, or whether you thought you were the one "using" Phaere (as
your own "tool" for gaining acceptance into the higher echelons of
Ust'Nathan society), or whether you just had a thing about Drow women...
