I have gtx 650 1gb and amd a6 3670k 2.7-3ghz 4 cores, im planning to buy new gpu and cpu but the gpu first, can i pair it together the gtx 1050ti with amd a6 3670k while ill buy new mobo and cpu ? big bottleneck ? Will the games be playable ?

Yes there will be a bottleneck from your CPU...but your games should still run better than compared to the gtx 650.

Either an i3 or i5, grab the best one your budget will allow.
