Question big cpu blocks ram slot

i want to buy more ram but the cpu fan blocks the slot of the mobo

You could switch back to stock cooler or look for a smaller CPU heatsink such as the Cryorig M9i.

my cpu is called : be quiet !
i think i can attach the fan a bit higher than now and it would be good
( the fan is attached with two metal pieces to the cooler itself )
